What does it cost to install a machine?
There is no single price. Cost depends on the machine type, site preparation, power and network requirements, and the commercial structure agreed. We provide a written proposal for your specific site.
What space and power does a machine need?
Requirements vary by machine and are confirmed after a site review. We document the footprint, power supply, connectivity and access requirements for your venue before installation is scheduled.
Who operates and maintains the machines?
Servicing arrangements are agreed per site. Some venues choose to be responsible for day-to-day checks, while others have DeerVending handle maintenance and restocking under a separate agreement.
What commercial models are available?
Options such as revenue share or rental can be discussed. Some installations may be offered without a venue fee where the commercial case supports it. Terms are always agreed in writing and depend on the individual site.
Can machines be installed in hospitals?
Machines may be suitable for approved public and non-clinical areas only. Products, placement, cleaning and infection-prevention arrangements must be agreed with the hospital's estates, infection-prevention and commercial teams, and are subject to their individual policies.
Which products are operating and which are proposed?
Our phone case and cotton candy machines are operating at selected confirmed venues. Deer Floral is currently a proposed solution: we are discussing pilot-stage enquiries and it is not yet confirmed as installed.
